2. Mattress and Bed Arrangement
Guests are not permitted to fold, bend, or alter the shape of any mattress, or move mattresses and beds from their original positions.

3. Prohibited Strong-Smelling Food
Bringing or consuming durian and other foods with strong or pungent odors inside guest rooms is prohibited. This policy helps maintain room cleanliness and a pleasant environment for all guests.

Booking cancellation

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation terms apply to reservations at Brits Resort Lovina:

Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

High and Peak Season
Cancellations during high and peak seasons will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation terms.
